The row level's twin; see TableRow for why the category takes the plain name and w:tc becomes the Regular variant.
The dense grid is stated over the cells, not over this sequence: a cell's column is grid_before + its index among TableRegularRow::grid_cells, which descends through the controls. A control contributes no column of its own.
