None is an explicit no-border (none / nil), distinct from an edge that simply leaves its border unspecified.

The 26 line patterns only. ST_Border also carries ~167 art borders (apples, archedScallops, …), which are meaningful only on a page border — a CT_PageBorder, whose @r:id names the art image — so they have no home here.
