A column-resize input width, in either of two units. The wire form lets a host express a ResizeColumns in whichever unit it has to hand: the model's stored Chars (character units), or Points — the natural unit for a header-boundary pixel drag, which the host derives from the viewport scale. Execution converts a Points width to the stored [GridCharWidth] against the sheet's MDW; a Chars width is stored verbatim. (Row heights are already points — [GridRowHeight] — so they need no such wrapper.)
