Interface: XmlAttribute

One attribute carried by a foreign XML element (w:attr, CT_Attr) — shared by CustomXml and SmartTag, whose property elements each hold a list of these and little else.

Opaque to us: name and value round-trip as the file wrote them, since the schema this annotates is the author's, not the document format's.

Property	Description
name string	w:name — the attribute's local name. Required by the schema.
value string	w:val — its value, as written. Required by the schema.
uri? string	w:uri — the namespace the name is in, absent for an unqualified attribute.
