Interface: GridCellRef

A cell's address in a worksheet grid — its row's and its column's ids, the pair SpreadsheetHit reports and GridCellRange corners are named by.

A cell has no id of its own: the pair is its identity, and it is ids rather than positions because both survive a concurrent insert, so a peer's selection follows its cells — the shape of the drawing table's TableCellRef.
